- During product launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Kerala: 2–4 Business Days
- South India: 3–6 Business Days
- Rest of India: 4–8 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery across India.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).
Order Tracking
You can track your shipment anytime through our Order Tracking page using your Order ID or Tracking Number.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts if you're unavailable.
If the shipment cannot be delivered after the final attempt, it may be returned to us. Any re-shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
MECATHECT cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delayed Deliveries

- Remote serviceable areas

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Take clear photos before opening the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your Order Number and photos when contacting support.
Failed Deliveries
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
- Refused delivery
may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
