Ratings, Reviews & Q&A Terms

These Terms govern your use of the MECATHECT Ratings, Reviews & Questions service ("Service"). By submitting content to MECATHECT, you agree to the following:

Your Responsibilities

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator or have the legal right to share the content.

• Your review, rating, question, answer or uploaded media is truthful and accurate.

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• Your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Content

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading or deceptive.

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights.

• Contains defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory or offensive material.

• Includes obscene, illegal or harmful content.

• Promotes other brands, products or websites.

• Contains personal information such as addresses, email addresses or phone numbers.

• Contains viruses, malicious code or other harmful software.

• Was created in exchange for payment or incentives without clearly disclosing this.

Licence to MECATHECT

By submitting content, you grant MECATHECT a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display your content across any media or platform for marketing, promotional and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

Moderation

MECATHECT reserves the right to review, approve, edit, reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion if it violates these Terms or is otherwise considered inappropriate. We are under no obligation to publish any submission.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By posting content, you agree to indemnify and hold MECATHECT, its directors, employees, affiliates and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from your submission or your breach of these Terms.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your original content. However, by submitting it, you grant MECATHECT the licence described above. Your content will not be treated as confidential.

Changes to These Terms

MECATHECT may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
